  I lived here for 6 months. I made sure the office staff noted various issues upon moving in and got copies, they never resolved anything and then tried to charge me for those same issues upon moving out. Thankfully I had copies of the notes and hundreds of photos at moving in and out.
  
  First neighbors above my unit were friendly and quiet, the 2nd set were friends with the management staff and a nightmare to deal with. They always had 7-12 people in the apartment making noise and having police called on them. Office staff refused to deal with them - Avoid this place.

  A very disrespectful place to live i would not recommend for anyone to move here, because Nat who is the property mgr lacks of professionalism, plus all new faces in the offices. I believe they don't evening bother checking new comers criminal records. It has been a horrible neighbors. Lots of bullies, drug trafficking, and careless with their own pets loose homeless pets roaming everywhere. Mgr NEEDS TO BE CHANGED THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU AND YOUR FAMILY IS IN HARM WAY!! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOU TO VIDEO TAPE AND TAKE PICTURES FOR ALL DOCUMENTATIONS FOR YOUR BACK UP. BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AROUND HERE LOVES TO VANDALIZE YOUR PROPERTY
