  Wait 30+ minutes in a line for the drive thru at night and when you get to order you are told they are closed for "maintenance". About 50% of the time you will be told they are closed for "maintenance" if it's late so it's not really a 24 hour jack in the box. It wouldn't be a problem at all if they gave 5-10 dollar gift cards for every time you drove there and are told they are closed for maintenance but waiting 30+ minutes for literally nothing is not acceptable. And if you actually get food be prepared to wait an hour sometimes.
